  • 10:00am check-in.  10:45am-1:30pm tryouts.  1:30pm parent meeting and player registration.

  • A parent/guardian needs to be present for all players to sign the player commitment form at the end of the tryout period.

  • November 13th

  • Beaverton Hoop YMCA - 9685 SW Harvest Ct, Beaverton, OR 97005

  • 7:30am check-in.  8:00am-10:45am tryouts.  10:45am parent meeting and player registration.

  • A parent/guardian needs to be present for all players to sign the player commitment form at the end of the tryout period.

Tryout Registration Process

DETERMINE YOUR PLAYER'S AGE GROUP

​

Review the USAV Age Definition Chart to determine what age your player is eligible play. 

​

11 & Under - Eligible for 11U & 12U

12 & Under - Eligible for 12U

13 & Under - Eligible for 13U & 14U

14 & Under - Eligible for 14U

15 & Under - Eligible for 15U & 16U

16 & Under - Eligible for 16U

17 & Under - Eligible for 17U & 18U

18 & Under - Eligible for 18U

PRE-REGISTRATION STEPS

​

Complete these steps prior to starting the tryout registration process:

​

  • Renew your player's USAV membership.

  • Have your player's USAV membership expiration date available.

  • Membership must be valid through at least 12/31/2022.

  • Membership can be upgraded to full season after making a team.

  • Save an electronic copy of both sides of your player's medical insurance card for upload.

  • Save a copy of a head-shot photo of your player for upload.

REGISTRATION

​

  • Choose "New Accounts" if you have never created a PlayMetrics account.

  • Choose "Existing Accounts" if you have already created a PlayMetrics account - for example, to register for Pre-Tryout Clinics or Open Gyms.

PLAYMETRICS ACCOUNT CREATION

​

Account Creation Instructions:

​

  • All new users must create an account through PlayMetrics in order to register for any of our programs.

  • Click the registration link below to be directed to the PlayMetrics system.

  • Click Create an Account and fill out the appropriate information. You will be asked to enter an email address and create a password.

  • After verifying your email address, you will be prompted to complete your Parent or Guardian account.

  • Complete the player information for each child you plan to register.

  • The same system is used for both AJAXVB and ATHENAVB if you have players in both programs.​

  • Payment can be made with either ACH or credit card.

  • Select "Club Programs" from the left menu and a list of programs available to each player will be shown.
