Courtney Watts
Courtney Watts grew up locally in the Northwest and played at Barlow High School, where she was OSAA Player of the Year, First Team All-State, and Oregon Gatorade player of the year in her senior season. She went on to play Division I volleyball at Eastern Washington, where her teams won 3 Big Sky Championships and appeared in two NCAA tournaments. She had over 1000 kills in her career as a setter and won several Big-Sky Conference accolades.
Courtney has coached for Spokane Splash volleyball club and Assistant Coached at Concordia University. After a long break from the game building a family and pursuing a career in Business and Leadership Development, she’s extremely excited to return to the game. Courtney has a strong passion for Leadership and is excited to give back to the sport by helping to build strong, future female leaders through the sport of volleyball.
